  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 tbs fresh basil – chopped
  • 2 slices wholegrain bread
  • Organic butter to spread
  • 15g feta cheese – crumbled



1.)  Mash avocado in a shallow bowl, then add lemon juice, salt, pepper, basil and mix well

2.) Toast the bread slices and spread a little bit of organic butter on the surface

3.) Top with mashed avocado, crumbled feta cheese and more basil if you wish
