- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
- 2 tbs fresh basil – chopped
- 2 slices wholegrain bread
- Organic butter to spread
- 15g feta cheese – crumbled
1.) Mash avocado in a shallow bowl, then add lemon juice, salt, pepper, basil and mix well
2.) Toast the bread slices and spread a little bit of organic butter on the surface
3.) Top with mashed avocado, crumbled feta cheese and more basil if you wish
