- 150g chicken breast fillets
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 4 cherry tomatoes – chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic – minced
- 4 tbs fresh basil leaves – chopped
1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper & lemon.
2. Mix cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil leaves & balsamic vinegar. Set aside
3. Heat the oil over medium heat, add chicken & cook until golden on both sides.
4. Top with tomatoes, garlic, basil and balsamic vinegar.
5. Serve with rice, quinoa or pasta.
