- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbs almond milk
- 0,5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- ½ medium banana – sliced
- 1 tbs blueberries
- 1 tbs ricotta
- 5-10 walnuts or almonds
1. Beat the egg, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
2. Dip the bread slice on both sides and transfer to warm pan.
3. Cook until golden then flip on the other side
4. Top with banana, blueberries, ricotta, and nuts if you want.
