  • 30g ricotta
  • 4 medium strawberries – sliced
  • 1 tsp honey

  • Fresh mint leaves



1. Toast your rye or wholewheat bread slices.

2. Spread a thin layer of cashew butter on the bread.

3. Top with ricotta, strawberry, honey and bee pollen. Garnish with mint.
