- 2 slices of rye or wholewheat bread
- 1 tbs cashew butter
- 30g ricotta
- 4 medium strawberries – sliced
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp bee pollen
- Fresh mint leaves
1. Toast your rye or wholewheat bread slices.
2. Spread a thin layer of cashew butter on the bread.
3. Top with ricotta, strawberry, honey and bee pollen. Garnish with mint.
